Took my car to a different auto shop who replaces parts without permission and then charged me over $700. Went to Sorensen's and they called and told me the issues. Made recommendations and told me prices before just doing it. Also helped me get money back from a bad part the previous auto shop installed. Highly recommend. They are pretty busy, if you can drop your vehicle off and leave it they always seem to be able to squeeze it in.
